Moet & Chandon Champaign N.V. wine review by (PB)
If you remember nothing else about wine in 2008 please try to remember this: Champaign is a sparkling wine that is made in Champaign, France. Everything else is sparkling wine NOT Champaign.
Okay, this Champaign called White Star runs around $40 and is a light golden with a bouquet furity nuttiness with pecans and vanilla cream.
Palate--Nice pin prick bubbles with hints of off-dry grapefruit, nuts and integrity. An easy drinking Champaign; raise a glass.
