Beaulieu Vineyards Napa Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 wine review by (PB)
Bright Cherry hue with pronounced fruit filled bouquet of cherry, slight green pepper and a touch of cedar with tart cherry later on.
Palate--herbal but well integrated cherry and tart cherry flavors with light finish. Not bad but certainly not "wowing." Served with Thanksgiving dinner and our guest loved it saying it was the best wine they had ever had. Beauty is sometimes in the eye of the behold--or in this case, in the tongue of the taster. At $12 on sale, raise a glass.
