Palate--Fresh squeezed lemon juice, with a rigid beam of acidity, and makes your mouth water so much you have to swallow a bit to make room in your mouth for the wine. Finishes quickly but leaves you wanting another quaff.
This is a palate cleanser for buttery sauce dishes like Maine lobster, steamers (also dipped in butter) broiled salmon, pasta with a light buttery based cheese sauce and a host of other wonderful possibilities. This was closeout from $17 to $9 and I I am glad I snagged it when I did. Raise a glass!
