Palate: soft tannin and more dark cherry flavors with good balance that doesn't bite.
Finish: herbs and cinnamon on the medium-long finish.
Overall: A solid Cab from Chile. I paid about $13 for this wine at a local store. It opened well after breathing. Paired with simple baked ziti and Italian garlic bread.
