Eberle Paso Robles Vineyard Selection Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 Wine Review (NW)

Tasting notes:

Fragrant aromas of raspberry ganache and cassis on the nose

Full bodied and smooth on the palate

Smooth finish layered with berry cobbler, plum, cocoa, and cassis

Summary:

I've sampled this wine every year since 1998 and this is one of the best. It's fragrant and smooth, with beautifully integrated layers and a long finish.

This is a good representation of the type of Cab produced in Paso Robles and it should pair well with a variety of food. I paid $20 for the bottle, but it's often available for a bit less. Raise a glass!
