Very nice and enjoyable Vermentino (the grape), easy to drink, food friendly Tuscan white or as an aperitif. Chill it around cellar temperature (50 degrees) and drink it poolside (southern climes) or with a group of light cheeses, (northern climes). I will be pairing it with a very bacony, cheese quiche. At $8 from Trader Joe's it's a nice snag so raise a glass!
