Palate--Silky foundation first impression with integrated profile and everything well balanced. In the mouth the fruit is seductively present but nuanced.
This wine is drinking well but will benefit from another 3 years plus on the shelf. I will be pairing this *gift wine which has a price point over $100. I will be paring it with a way too expensive boneless ribeye, in the process of being brined before pan seared and served. It will be an excellent experience. Raise a Glass!
