Bodega Familia Schroeder Saurus Patagonia Select Malbec 2006 Wine Review (NW)

Tasting notes:

Nose of wild berries and cocoa

Rich and moderately soft textured on the palate

Finish of cocoa, coffee, and blueberry

This is a decent wine. I'd call it a middle-of-the-road style of Malbec, with nice flavors and good texture. I paid $13 for the bottle at an new wine shop in a tiny rural town in Maine. You never know what you'll find. Raise a glass!
