Columbia Crest Grand Estates Cabernet Sauvignon, 2009 wine review by (PB)

Green herbal front with medium blackberry on the bouquet.

Palate--Bread,, medium fruit, blackberry with plum notes.

This needs another year and will drink even better. Not the best Columbia Crest has done but at $8, always a good value wine. Raise a glass!

Just say no to this wine for possibly another year--lacks any of the jamminess and chocolate of the 2008 which made it hands down the best Washington cabernet $8 could buy
