Alamos Torrentes 2007 wine review by (PB)
This rising star from Argentina has a rather spectacular bouquet of gentle peach and perfume.
Palate is flavorful in the front with a baby powder and peach nectar presence that's really delicious with a soapy clean (think, Irish Spring) clean finish! At the $10 price point, try this on for size for a change from the usual whites you might be used to.
"Torrontes" is the grape and is gaining in popularity. No wonder! Raise a glass...
