Casa De Campo Malbec 2021

Cherry hue with aromas of spicy berry with a touch of caramel,

Palate--Acidic foundation with decent, if immature structure, lip smacking tannins, with a spicy finish.

I grabbed this on a recent trip to New Hampshire paying $7.50 for this regularly marked $14 Malbec. The signature of Argentia this is too young, tightly wound and austere. None of these are criticisms of the wine, just reflecting on the youthfulness of the wine. It has potential and with another couple years should improve greatly. If you see it for around $10 in a couple years give it a shot.
