Zinfinity (Sonoma) Zinfandel 2018

Deep purple with slight bricking at the rim showing some age with coarse ground black pepper with rustic blackberry and plum with savory spice.

Palate--Burst of vibrant blackberry out of the gate with plum following behind. Mouth watering tannins, balancing out well.  Finishes with more fruit.

I would not have pegged this as a Sonoma Zin. But I just read the label and realize it is a blend of Petite Sirah which explains a lot. (BTW, I love Petite Sirah...) Nice job blending two great varietals.

Having this with my charcoal grilled sirloin steak and it will be great. I paid $10 for this while it was selling for twice that so raise a glass!
