Tramonti "Innocento" 2004 wine review by (PB)

This is a value Chianti showing a nice deep black cherry hue with a rich bouquet of vibrant, fresh cherry underneath a front of tobacco and spicy black cherry.

Palate is medium bodied with character and structure, solid fruit. The palate fades but the finish hangs on. This is actually quite nice and characteristic of the region. For $12, raise a glass.
