Carvalhais Duque de Viseu 2009 Dao Wine Review (NW)
Plum and berries abound on the fruity bouquet
Full bodied on the palate
Ripe fruit and smoky notes on the finish with roasted notes and herbs
Here's a good value red from Portugal for $13. It's expressive, fruity, and well made.
The table wines from Portugal continue to improve and deliver a good bang for the buck.
This one's hard not to recommend.
