Garnet hue with aromas of tart raspberry, a subtle floral touch, and more fragrant dark cherry.
Palate--Tart first impression with a lively mid-palate, nice red berry fruit mid-palate, tannins that are still a bit harsh, with a somewhat smoky finish. Overall a nice quaff.
I paid $15 for this and it is a decent wine for price but nothing memorable which you really wouldn't expect anyway at this price point.
