Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Wine Review (NW)

Tasting notes:

Fragrant dark berries and mocha on an inviting nose

Full bodied and plush texture on the palate

Silky finish with fine-grained tannins, dark berries, anise, and cocoa

Summary:

A quintessential Napa Cabernet! Balancing dark berries with other layers built on fine tannins and a plush texture, this wine has it all and should taste great for years to come. I wish I had a lot more, especially at the release price of $40.  Pair with short ribs or steak.

Raise a glass!
